Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

1. Oversee the pre training activities of donor funded project such as Detail Implementation Plan, M& E Plans, initiate Purchase Requisitions PRs for timely procurement of training materials and of printing of training manual.
2. Monitoring of project activities including orientation of staff, daily attendance, training implementation plan, ensure quality training, conduct feedback session, pre-post-test, data collection, and punching in MIS
3. Develop JDs for project staff and raise Personal Requisition Form PRF’s as per budgeted positions in the project.
4. Assist HR team in hiring of project staff, conduct interviews and identification of potential human resource for the project.
5. Closely work with Comms team for designing, printing materials including, banner, standees, and certificates.
6. Assist curriculum development team in conducting orientation session with Trainers & Co- Trainer on curriculum, TLM to prepare daily session plan.
7. Closely coordination with Admin team for identification of training venues, hall booking, and other logistic arrangements at field.
8. Closely monitor the overall implementation of project activities at field level with specific focus on skills development project
9. Create timelines and work plans for each training events as directed by the line manager.
10. Coordinate with relevant staff member to ensure data management of projects in MIS
11. Maintain record of official corresponding, project documentation and prepare minutes of the meetings.
12. Review workplans, activity reports, implement program activities according to the technical, financial, and administrative procedures prescribed in the program document.
13. Participates in effective management of the Program implementation Project focusing on quality control from formulation to implementation of the program to achieve desire results.
14. Preparation of activity, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports including management recommendations and for donor reporting.
15. Identification and sharing of best practices and lessons learned directly linked to program,
16. Any other activity or function requested by line manager.

 Professional Experience:

• Master’s degree in social sciences, Program Management, or related discipline
• At least 3 years relevant experience in program implementation while working with NGOs preferably INGOs
• Demonstrable experience of successfully implementation of donor funded projects.
• Proven experience of donor liaison, reporting and negotiations.

• Ability to work with minimum supervision and in a team environment to achieve maximum results.
• Excellent in coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong management skills required to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent IT skills, negotiation, and networking skills
