REQUEST FOR SEALED QUOTATION

Jhpiego is an International non-profit health organization affiliated with Johns Hopkins University, USA. For more than 40 years and in over 150 countries, Jhpiego has worked to prevent the needless deaths of women and their families. Jhpiego is dedicated to improving the health of women and families in developing countries.

 Jhpiego intends to call for Sealed Quotation Only for Hiring of Space to be used as Store/Warehouse for the period of one year i.e. starting from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026 extendable with mutual agreement. Other details are as under:

Overview:
We are requesting quotes for the space of approximately 2,000-2,500 square feet covered area, which will be used primarily for storage with an office space. The building should be constructed with concrete and include the following specifications:

Location: Preferably in Sector H-13 and nearby surroundings

1. Space Specifications:

• Approximately Size: 2,000-2,500 square feet covered area
• Type: Small warehouse with office space and rooms for administrative use.
• Construction Material: Concrete (steel reinforcements, high durability).
• Flooring: Marble/Tile/concrete flooring throughout.
• Roofing: Concrete roofing, well-suited for the local climate, with insulation if necessary.
• Room Configuration: A combination of open storage space and enclosed rooms for office use.
• Water Supply: Full water supply for restroom and kitchen facilities.
• Electricity: Full electrical setup for the warehouse and office areas, including lighting and outlets.

2. Specific Requirements:

• Office Space: Designated areas for offices, including room partitions.
• Restroom Facilities: At least two restroom areas (one for staff, one for visitors).
• Loading Docks: If possible, include a loading dock area for trucks, or indicate the best design alternative for the warehouse.

3. Execution Timeline:

• Start Date: 1-April-2025.
• Duration: The Contract will be made for 1 year initially till 31st March 2026 with possible continuation subject to funding availability by the organisation.

4. Cost:
We are expecting a sealed quotation for hiring of space inclusive of all taxes.

5. Delivery of Quote:
We would appreciate receiving your quotation in a sealed envelope by 5:00pm of 10th March 2025 at Jhpiego Islamabad Office.

Terms & Conditions for submission of Proposals:

1. Sealed Quotation must be submitted on company/organization’s original letterhead with date and stamp.
2. Quotations submitted through email and late submissions will not be considered.
3. NTN and RFQ Reference number should be mentioned on quotation.
4. Proposal validity should be 45 days from date of submission.
5. Complete description/specifications of the goods/services (if applicable).
6. Unit price must be quoted separately for each item/service.
7. GST taxes must be mentioned separately item wise, (if applicable).
8. Withholding tax will be deducted from invoice as per applicable tax law of Govt. of Pakistan
9. Rates should be quoted in local currency.
10. Payment will be made through cross cheque or S2B within 1 Month after submission of Invoice.
11. Incomplete or partial bidding is not allowed.
12. Jhpiego reserves the right to accept or reject any bid with or without assigning any reason.
13. Detail Terms & Condition of the Purchase Order are attached with this RFQ as Annex-A.
14. Sealed Quotation should be submitted by hand or through courier at address mentioned above by COB 5:00pm on March 10, 2025.
