Job Purpose:

To develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with donors through effective communication, donor stewardship, accurate record management, and timely support to sponsored students and projects, thereby enhancing donor satisfaction, retention, and engagement.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective donors.
2. Maintain accurate and updated donor, sponsorship, and correspondence records.
3. Expand the donor base and support donor retention through effective engagement and stewardship.
4. Provide timely updates to donors on sponsored students, projects, and organizational impact.
5. Prepare professional donor communications, reports, appreciation letters, and other relevant materials.
6. Coordinate and track sponsored students/projects and ensure timely disbursement of support.
7. Respond promptly to donor inquiries, requests, and concerns and ensure appropriate follow-up.
8. Facilitate donor visits, engagement, recognition, and relationship-building activities.
9. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure effective donor service and resolution of issues.
10. Support fundraising, donor engagement, and organizational visibility initiatives as required.

Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in social sciences, mass communication, marketing, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum 02 years of relevant experience.
