ROLE PURPOSE: The Construction Coordinator will be responsible for the design, implementation, supervision and quality assurance of construction and rehabilitation works under Save the Children’s Flood Response and Recovery programme. This includes the construction and rehabilitation of shelters, schools, health facilities, WASH and other community infrastructure, ensuring compliance with Save the Children’s technical standards, Sphere guidelines, national building codes and donor requirements. The postholder will provide day-to-day technical leadership, coordinate with other sectors and implementing partners, and ensure construction activities are safe, inclusive, resilient, and sustainable. |
