Position Details:

1. Optometrist (02 Positions – Vehari District)
2. Optometrist (01 Position – Lodhran District)
3. Optometrist (03 Positions – Bahawalpur District) 

 Qualifications & Experience:

• Essential:

• B.Sc. in Optometry (HEC-recognized degree).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputable clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility.

• Technical Skills Required:

• Proficiency in refraction, ophthalmoscopy, retinoscopy, slit lamp examination, and 90D lens use.

• Expertise in cycloplegic refraction and handling OPD equipment independently.

• Ability to manage non-refractive eye conditions and prepare detailed reports.

• Additional Competencies:

• Fluency in English and strong communication skills for patient counseling.

• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Android phone usage.

• Strong interpersonal skills for liaison with project staff, seniors, and stakeholders.

• Ability to work under pressure, manage patient workload, and travel as required.

• Willingness to undergo six-monthly job rotations and work extended hours.
