Sealed tenders are invited from firms/suppliers duly registered with the Income Tax and sales tax department for the following items.

Tender documents including details of the above-mentioned items along with specifications, terms, and conditions will be available on the website https://pvdpsindh.org/opportunities/tenders/ with a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000/-. Tender documents can also be collected from the Participatory Village Development Programme PVDP Head office, Near Muhammad Medical College & Hospital Rattanabad Mirpurkhas, Sindh from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday by paying a non-refundable fee of PKR 2,000/- or through email [email protected].

Interested firms/suppliers may submit their bids/offers in sealed envelope to the office of the undersigned along with the call deposit of 2% of the total quoted bid in favor of “Participatory Village Development Programme PVDP” latest 14^th March 2025 before 11:00 am which will be open on the same date at 02:30 pm in the presence of the bidders or their representatives. Incomplete bids or received after the due date and time will not be entertained.

The lowest price will not be the sole criteria; quality, delivery time, and previous experience will also be considered. The tender committee reserves the right to change the quantities or cancel/reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.
