We are an International Non-governamnetakl Organization looking for a  qualified candidate to fill the position of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Assistant FCRM based in Pesahwar. 

Job Summary:

The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Assistant - Feedback and Response Mechanism plays a pivotal role in advancing organization’s commitment to continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement. This role focuses primarily on managing the feedback and response system to ensure effective data collection, analysis, and response strategies. The FCRM Assistant will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the organization's programs and services by collecting and processing feedback from various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Feedback Collection and Management:
    • Provide support in developing and maintaining efficient feedback channels, jointly with targeted communities.
    • Facilitate/capacitate communities’ focal bodies on FCRM objective, their role, FCRM protocols, procedures, feedback recording and sharing with the organization.
    • Collaborate with community focal bodies during the whole process.
    • Ensure feedback is recorded accurately and categorized for analysis.
  2. Feedback Analysis:
    • Analyze feedback data to identify trends, common issues, and areas for improvement.
    • Create reports and summaries to present the findings to relevant teams and management.
    • Collaborate with other departments to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  3. Response Strategy Development:
    • Work with communities’ focal bodies/teams to develop and implement response strategies based on feedback.
    • Collaborate with communities to help design and improve processes, procedures, and services to address stakeholder concerns and suggestions.
    • Assist in setting clear goals and KPIs for response strategies.
  4. Monitoring and Evaluation:
    • Support the M&E coordinator in assessing the effectiveness of the existing feedback channels and response strategies.
    • Capture important insight and learning around FCR system for improvement.   
    • Regularly review response processes and make recommendations for enhancements.
    • Ensure that response strategies align with the organization's objectives.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement
    • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders especially with communities, making them feel heard and valued.
    • Provide timely responses to stakeholders and address their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Collaborate with the communication team to maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
  6. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of feedback, responses, and follow-up actions.
    • Prepare regular reports on feedback trends, response effectiveness, and progress towards goals.
    • Present findings and recommendations to management and relevant teams.

Required qualificatoin and Experience : 

  1. Master’s degree in social sciences or related field
  2. At least 2 years relevant experience with I/NGOs
  3. Can speak Pashto fluently
