• Advanced/University degree in management, business administration, Economics, public policy, Finance, or a related field. 
• Required Experience:  at least 10 years in organizational / Institutional Development.
• Experience in the context of education/training providers is a plus. 
• Professional certificates in change management/HRM/Finance/ Business Modeling/Sustainability are an asset.
• Experience in change management and institutional development projects.
• Punjab Based Experts would be preferred / Willingness to work in Punjab.
