  • Advanced degree in Law, Human Rights, Public Policy, Gender Studies, Development Studies, International Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience in human rights, governance, public policy, or strategic advisory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of human rights frameworks, national and international legislation, and governance systems in Pakistan.
  • Demonstrated experience in policy analysis, strategic planning, and stakeholder coordination.
